I am a dedicated, intelligent sales person and have spent my working life in sales and recruitment in Plymouth. I have become exceptionally knowledgeable in all areas of recruitment in Plymouth as well as developing a strong ability to develop business and close sales. Having had several branch manager positions in Plymouth I am also experienced in managing staff. I am keen to take on a new challenge in recruitment in Plymouth. My main responsibilities in this challenging position include establishing relationships with Plymouth companies, as well as companies further afield, maintaining an excellent working knowledge of positions in Plymouth and recruitment in Plymouth and ensuring the smooth running of the branch through effective management of my team. Our main focus is Plymouth recruitment which I feel that I have aided by ensuring that I attend local networking events and conferences. I have been able to drastically increase our Plymouth business as well as business as a whole. My best achievement has been to establish a relationship with Plymouth City Council / Devon County Council. We have been able to fill these public sector jobs very effectively.
